Returning an iOS Device

Before you return an iPhone or iPad to the office, please follow these simple steps:

1. Open Settings app
2. Select General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings
3. Press Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process

This process will ERASE EVERYTHING on your iPhone and return it to factory settings.
