Wembley Meeting Room

This meeting room is equipped with a Zoom-ready Poly panel that works the same as the other conference rooms, but also has an option to use other conferencing apps like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other conferencing apps.

Example: Using Google Meet

  1. Plug the 2 USB cables on the desk to your laptop

  2. Select the option on the left on the Poly panel - BYOD modeIMG_2082.jpeg
  3. Open Google Meet and select Settings
  4. Set the camera to Poly Studio X50 Video
  5. Set the microphone and speaker to Poly Studio X50
  6. Set screen mirroring to display your laptop on the large TV and make sure the Google Teams window is visible in it
  7. Start your call

This works with most conferencing apps like Microsoft Teams, Apple FaceTime, Skype and others. Unlike Zoom it requires that you plug in a laptop.
