The All Hands projector system can be used for presentation as well as video conferencing. It includes
- large screen
- projector
- sound system
- remote controlled camera
- microphone
- a control panel
It also includes a dongle you need to plug into your computer to interact with the system. The system has a single power switch located on the side of the podium along with other controls. When switched on all components should become active and the screen should come down.
Although the podium controller has a volume knob, avoid using it and instead control the sound volume from your laptop. You can also use the podium controller to pan and tilt the camera.
Follow the instructions below to get started:

Presentation Mode
- Press On on the podium controller to turn the system on
- Plug the ClickShare dongle to your computer
- Open ClickShare (in the Applications folder)
- Using the Mac Control Center (top right of Mac screen) click Sound and select ClickShare Speaker
- Select the window you want to share - it should now be shown and heard on the projector and speakers system
Zoom Conferencing
- Press the On button on the side of the podium to turn the system on
- Open Zoom
- Go to Zoom > Settings > Audio
- Select Speaker > ClickShare Speaker
- Click Test Speaker to make sure sound works
- Select Microphone > Mac or external microphone
- Click Test Mic and check the input level meter
- Start your Zoom meeting
- Open ClickShare and select to share the zoom meeting window
- Your zoom meeting should now be shown and heard on the projector and speakers system
When you are done, simply disconnect the dongle from your laptop and press the Off button on the podium controller.
