Setting up Multiple Monitors on Macs without native multi-monitor support

1. Connect your Mac as normal using the provided USB-C cable or USB-C adapter.
2. Download and install the DisplayLink drivers for macOS. https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/macos
3. (If not prompted) Apple Menu->System Settings->Privacy and Security->Screen Recording->Make sure DisplayLink Manager is checked
4. There’s an option in DisplayLink Manager to launch at startup, or you can drag the DisplayLink Manager to your Login Items in Users & Groups. Note: if this isn't done you'll need to manually launch DisplayLink Manager, from the Apple Launchpad or from Applications, to have the external monitors reconnect after a reboot.
5. Configure the settings for each of your USB-attached displays by selecting Displays from the System Preferences menu.
