No files on Desktop

If after installing Jamf, you find yourself with a blank desktop and all your files missing, don't be alarmed, they've just been moved. It is company policy is to disallow iCloud syncing of desktop documents. If you were using iCloud Drive these documents will be placed in your home folder in a folder called iCloud Drive (archive).

To find your files click the desktop to activate the Finder and then select Go > Home from the top menu (or press shift-cmd-H). You should see a folder called iCloud Drive (archive). Open it to reveal your Desktop and Documents folders. You can drag all these files back to the desktop.
